How to write your address

  • Use your full name (no initials) and a precise, complete address in English.
  • PO boxes may be delayed or rejected by carriers — a residential street address is safest.
  • Commercial addresses (company / warehouse / hotel) can be rejected by carriers — use a home address where possible.
Wrong or incomplete addresses are the #1 cause of lost parcels. Take a moment to check the spelling and the extras above before you pay.

For +$18 we film your scoop being packed and send the clip so you can watch before it lands.

Common questions

When will my scoop ship? +
Without a packing video: usually within 5–12 days. With a packing video: usually within 10–25 days, since we record your scoop by hand after packing.
How long does delivery take? +
Under normal customs clearance, most parcels arrive in 7–15 days, with the majority around 10 days. Remote areas may take a little longer. All 7 countries ship DDP (tax & duty prepaid to your door).
How do I track my order? +
When your parcel ships, we email you a tracking number and a link. Please check spam if it doesn't appear, and make sure your email is spelled correctly at checkout.
Can I add the packing video? +
Yes — add the packing video for +$18.00 and we'll film your scoop being curated and packed, then send you the clip (usually 10–25 days after order, around the time it ships) so you can watch before it lands.
Can I return or exchange? +
Every scoop is randomly scooped to your wish and is one of a kind, so once it's scooped, it's yours — all scoops are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. (Socks are also a hygiene product and can't be resold once opened.) If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
How do I pay? +
Secure checkout via PayPal only. You don't need a PayPal account — most cards work at checkout, and every scoop ships DDP (tax & duty included) to our 7 countries.
